Dwayne"The Rock" Johnson was born into an elite wrestling family on May 2, 1972. As part of World Wrestling Entertainment (W.W.E.) He wrestled alongside World Wrestling Ent. (W.W.E.) The championship for Heavyweight was won several times. Johnson went on to turn his renown in the box into a career as a film actor as well, appearing in The Mummy Returns and Tooth Fairy. Johnson also appeared in the HBO series Ballers as well as prominent roles in The Fast & Furious Franchise and Jumanji Sequels were some of the more recent projects. Maui, the voice actor in Disney's Moana and Moana and the Fast & Furious sequels was also a part in this project. Peter Maivia, the maternal great-grandfather of Johnson's mother, Ata gained fame on the wrestling scene in the 60s and 70s. Johnson was a young traveler with his family, and he saw his father compete in the boxing ring. Johnson started playing football in the high school years. Soon after, he was awarded an all-university scholarship from The University of Miami. Johnson completed his Bachelors in General Studies with degrees in both criminology and physiological science.
